Convenience App have taken comfort and support to another level. We have implemented a system that will alert tenants when rent time is near but it doesn't stop there. This alert system will continue to alert you everyday until rent day comes and everyday after. (This feature can be switched off in settings) The alert page is where you will find all your notifications.

Property and Owner Selection
In Convenience App you will be able to Make an easy selection on which property you will like your payments to be sent to. This is done by selecting name and location from the list of properties to assure accuracy.
Owner Confirmation
Once confirmed, you will then be asked to select your property owner. This feature adds another level of confirmation to your request. All property owners are listed by first and last name with an updated photo to ensure your payment is going to the correct place.
